Smith+ Nephew in Wroclaw seeks a Global Customer Care specialist to coordinate international orders from start to finish, resolve issues and ensure customers receive timely, reliable service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, fluency in English (B2) with German as an additional advantage, strong MS Office skills, and SAP experience preferred. Hybrid working model and competitive benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment to meet delivery, timing and invoicing needs.
• Monitor backorders and blocked orders, identify solutions to keep orders moving.
• Coordinate equipment dispatch, tracking and invoicing; respond to customer inquiries with timely updates.
• Proactively resolve customer needs via substitutes, inventory management and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate issues and coordinate returns and solutions.
• Process return credits and liaise with Accounting on unresolved cases.
• Build strong relationships with Sales and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
