Job summary

Milwaukee Tool CEE is seeking a Quality Control Associate for an on-site role based near Wrocław, Poland. Responsibilities include first sample inspections, SAP release coordination, and supporting the Quality Coordinator to ensure product compliance with EN standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in quality, SAP QM familiarity, and strong English skills, with willingness to travel occasionally. A customer-oriented mindset and knowledge of consumer goods are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality.
• Technical product knowledge of consumer goods is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, preferably the QM module.
• Knowledge of statistical quality control is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English is a must.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Strong customer orientation.

• Release products in SAP and coordinate this process with DSV so that products are available for shipment.
• Check for damaged products and verify whether a product is suitable for sale.
• Support the Quality Coordinator in day-to-day work.
• Organize and supervise stock checks, sorting, rework, adjustment and scrapping activities; compile statistics and failure reports.
• Manage the movement of materials and pallets in the quality area.
• Continuously improve the incoming quality control process.

• Release products in SAP and coordinate this process with DSV so that products are available for shipment.
• Check for damaged products and verify whether a product is suitable for sale.
• Support the Quality Coordinator in day-to-day work.
• Organize and supervise stock checks, sorting, rework, adjustment and scrapping activities; compile statistics and failure reports.
• Manage the movement of materials and pallets in the quality area.

What You'll Need
