Job summary

Promethean is seeking a Specialist I, Support Operations to administer warranty and support activities for our hardware products. The role collaborates with our Global AI processing partner in the US and focuses on service provider processes, asset registration, stock management, logistics, and invoicing support.

You'll contribute to timely customer service, maintain accurate records, and help streamline warranty workflows while working 2pm–10pm CET in Wrocław, Poland.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years’ experience in General administration.
• Knowledge with Microsoft packages (Excel).
• Some knowledge of Salesforce.com and ERP systems.
• Good team worker with a proven ability to manage own time effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines, while multitasking.
• Good clear communication skills (verbal & written).
• Flexible, positive, and creative approach to work and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Relevant administration qualifications.
• Experience of leading projects.
• Experience of logistics, stock management & warehouse processes an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team that effectively administers warranty processes for Global Warranty Service administration, Global Service Provider Processes, Global Warranty Logistics Processes, and Global Warranty Stock Management.
• Ensure excellent customer service, constantly striving to improve processes and response times for the customer.
