Husqvarna Group is hiring two Warranty Operations Specialists in Poland. You will work within Global Business Solutions, coordinating with Aftersales and European teams to manage day-to-day warranty activities and help build scalable processes for the future.

The role focuses on validating claims, managing registrations, and supporting product replacements while identifying opportunities to streamline operations. English proficiency is essential, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Structured approach to tasks and data

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience collaborating across teams and countries
• Experience in customer service or related operational roles

Responsibilities

• Review and validate warranty claims according to business rules
• Support customer type and warranty entitlement validation
• Handle product registration corrections and related tickets
• Assist product replacement administration
• Collaborate with European colleagues to resolve cases
• Identify process gaps and propose simpler workflows
• Support introduction of new warranty processes, tools and automation
