Job summary

DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen in Lublin is seeking a Supply Quality Manager (m/f/d) to lead the Supplier Quality division and collaborate with Strategic Purchasing.

The role requires a technical engineering background, hands-on QA experience with supplier audits, and strong English language skills. German language is a plus but not required. The position offers modern technology environments, training opportunities, and excellent parking access.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or comparable education with several years of professional experience.
• Experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer in QA, development or production.
• Knowledge/audit experience in ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO19001, VDA 6.3.
• Knowledge of initial sampling and PPAP with suppliers.
• Good communication and autonomous, goal-oriented working style.
• Good English (written and spoken).
• German is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and further developing the Supplier Quality division.
• Qualifying suppliers and concluding supplier contracts and quality agreements.
• Implementing and controlling supplier KPIs and evaluations.
• Contributing to supplier strategy with Strategic Purchasing.
• Conducting supplier audits globally and managing external audit programs.
• Handling complaints and implementing corrective actions with effectiveness checks.
• Managing risk for suppliers, parts and projects.
• Advising development and suppliers on product specs and quality concepts.

Job description

To strengthen our Quality team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Supply Quality Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Further development and shaping of the Supplier Quality sub-division
• Supplier qualification and conclusion of supplier contracts and quality assurance agreements
• Implementation and control of supplier key figures and evaluations
• Participation in the supplier strategy to achieve the quality targets in close cooperation with Strategic Purchasing
• Control of the external audit program and performance of supplier audits worldwide
• Complaint management, monitoring and implementation of the agreed corrective measures and checking their effectiveness
• Risk management for suppliers, supplier parts and projects
• Advising development and suppliers on the creation of product specifications and quality concepts

Our requirements:

• Successfully completed technical studies, preferably mechanical engineering with a focus on materials and plastics technology or comparable education with several years of professional experience
• Experience as a “Supplier Quality Engineer” in quality assurance, development or production
• Knowledge and audit experience in the areas of ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO19001, VDA 6.3
• Knowledge of initial sampling and PPAP with suppliers
• Good communication skills combined with an autonomous, goal-oriented way of working and strong assertiveness
• Good English, both written and spoken
• German language skills are a big plus but not needed
