Job summary

DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen in Lublin is seeking a Team Leader Production to lead the production team, drive daily and periodic production plans, and ensure smooth operations in a modern tech environment.

You will manage KPIs, coordinate with support departments, optimize resources, implement improvement initiatives, and promote Lean practices and quality standards such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education required.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role in an international manufacturing company.
• Leadership skills to manage a large team.
• Proficiency with ERP and MS Office.
• English level at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily and periodic production plans.

To strengthen our Production team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Team Leader Production (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Overseeing the execution of daily and periodic production plans
• Delivering on KPIs
• Managing the subordinate production team, including production supervisory staff
• Cooperating with support departments to ensure production runs smoothly and to implement new projects
• Ensuring the efficient use of human, technical, and material resources (optimizing production processes)
• Setting direction and defining goals at the team level, introducing and coordinating non-standard improvement initiatives
• Initiating actions aimed at increasing the department's work efficiency (internal communication, motivation, etc.)
• Overseeing the development and implementation of company procedures
• Identifying and resolving production issues by taking corrective and preventive actions
• Participating in implementation projects

Our requirements:

• Higher technical education
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in an international manufacturing company
• Leadership skills enabling management of a large team
• Skills related to the operation of equipment and technological lines
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office
• English at a minimum B2 level
• Decision-making ability and initiative in action
• Analytical thinking, independence, availability, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to apply a methodical approach to work and problem-solving
• The knowledge of quality standards IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 and of Lean manufacturing; VDA, TPM will be an advantage
