Job summary

HAVI GBS in Kraków seeks a Supply Chain Planner to optimize inventory across the network, balancing service levels with costs and coordinating production, distribution and inventory plans.

You will apply analytics to forecasts, work with ERP and BI tools, and communicate with external partners and internal teams. The role offers an international, collaborative environment with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years of supply chain planning experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and owns executional responsibility for optimizing inventory across the supply chain network while minimizing costs.
• Support assigned projects, timelines, & team deliverables to meet customer objectives and milestones.
• Develops production, distribution, and inventory management plans in support of promotional and core items.
• Conducts capacity analyses and financial risk assessments to identify constraints and create contingency plans.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and perform root cause analyses.
• Review forecasts and identify potential issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis on planning exceptions and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve.
• Track compliance against plans and adjust shipment plans (BOM changes, safety stock, etc).
• Work with cross-functional teams to adjust shipment plans.
