Job summary

TE Connectivity in Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize processes, forecast demand, and drive data-driven decisions across functions. You will analyze data, support planning, collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales, and help implement SCM tools.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 2–4 years’ experience in supply chain, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau, plus SAP ERP experience and fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with SAP ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support demand planning and inventory management through forecasting and modeling.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
• Assist in the implementation of supply chain systems and tools.
• Monitor supplier performance and support vendor evaluation processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership to support strategic initiatives.
