Job summary

Swift Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist with German to join our client in Kraków. The role covers order management, inventory management and after-sales logistics across Europe, with a European-facing team and German-based functional manager.

The position offers a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days at home) with potential 1 day per week in the office for remote candidates. Salary is around 12,000 PLN gross per month on Umowa o pracę.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or related area.
• Experience in order processing.
• Inventory management of finished goods, spare parts or similar materials.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP SD/Logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.
• Proactive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing commercial orders within the After Sales organization.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring material availability.
• Managing inventory-related transactions in SAP.
• Monitoring and coordinating return processes from international subsidiaries.
• Acting as a point of contact for international teams regarding inventory, material availability and operational processes.
• Cooperating with Purchasing, Logistics, Production Planning and Repair Center teams.
• Preparing process documentation and supporting users across international subsidiaries.
• Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Monitoring KPIs and preparing analyses and decision-making materials.
• Participating in international supply chain projects.

About the client

For our client, an international technology company operating in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for Supply Chain Specialist with German to join the organization in Kraków.

The role is part of an international structure and combines order management, inventory management and after-sales logistics. You will work closely with teams and subsidiaries across Europe, while your functional manager will be based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and managing commercial orders within the After Sales organization
