Job summary

Capgemini in Warsaw is seeking a PMO coordinator to provide project management support for end-to-end product and regulatory initiatives. You will maintain project data, stage gate documentation, and support governance.

The role involves coordinating meetings, tracking milestones, risks, and dashboards, and ensuring consistent PM processes. 2-4 years experience, degree in related field, Fluent English, and willingness to work in two shifts (08:00-16:00, 16:00-24:00) up to 2-3 times weekly.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, supply chain, or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with project management or workflow systems (Beacon, SAP, MS Project, Jira) preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability for late shift up to 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project data, stage gate documentation, and change requests within Beacon and other PM systems.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project trackers.
• Support project reporting, dashboard updates, and governance activities.
• Assist with project setup, planning, closure activities, and lessons learned documentation.
• Ensure consistent application of PM processes, templates, and best practices.

Your role

• Ensure consistent application of project management processes, templates, and best practices.

Your profile

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, PMO, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, roject Management or related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management or workflow systems (e.g., Beacon, SAP, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar) is preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.
