Capgemini Poland invites a Supply Planner to own end-to-end product flow, ensuring high availability while balancing inventory risks. You will bridge global and regional teams, working with suppliers to drive data-led planning decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain planning, plus a university degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP/APO or ERP systems. Hybrid work is available with a competitive benefits package.

Your role

As a Supply Planner, you will take ownership of product flow management within your assigned area, ensuring high availability while keeping inventory risks in check. You'll be a key connector between global and regional teams, working closely with suppliers and partners to drive efficient, data-led planning decisions.

Your tasks

• Managing end-to-end product flow within your assigned area, ensuring optimal availability levels while proactively minimizing inventory risks and avoiding supply disruptions.
• Collaborating closely with global and regional supply chain teams, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers and external partners.
• Monitoring stock levels on an ongoing basis, identifying potential availability risks early, and proposing well-reasoned corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyzing and reporting end-to-end planning KPIs, turning data into actionable insights that drive better decision‑making across the supply chain.
• Supporting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies in planning processes and recommending practical, scalable solutions.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within planning systems, maintaining high data quality standards to support reliable forecasting and reporting.
• Acting as a key point of contact for planning‑related queries, facilitating clear and timely communication between all relevant teams and functions.

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• University degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, your academic background combined with hands‑on experience is what sets you apart.
• Strong analytical skills with proven confidence in working with data, KPIs, and planning metrics, you're comfortable turning numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP/APO or similar planning and ERP systems; familiarity with data tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel at an advanced level) is a strong advantage.
• Very good command of English at C1 level, you communicate clearly and confidently in an international, multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous process improvement, you don't just spot problems, you bring solutions.
