Capgemini Polska seeks a Supply Chain Transformation Director to lead strategic programs across supply chain, order management, logistics and fulfillment for global clients. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to shape strategies, redesign operating models, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This client-facing leadership role combines transformation expertise with executive stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs within consulting, business services, or supply chain environments.
• Strong consulting background with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, order management, and operating model transformation.
• Demonstrated expertise in governance, benefits realization, and change management.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong understanding of managed services and technology-enabled transformation.
• Understanding of AI, digital tools, and market-leading software products supporting supply chain transformation.

Your role
