Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Project Execution Lead to coordinate and drive the execution of approved product introductions, changes, and delistings across multiple product categories. You will oversee data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience in project execution, project management, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with business systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, product development, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach with willingness to adapt to changing processes and tools.
• Fluent English.
• Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Support UPC code management, artwork and print verification, and product compliance activities.
• Ensure accurate tracking of execution progress and effective stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and delivery performance.
