Job summary

Beiersdorf AG in Poznań is seeking a motivated student to join the Supply Chain Controlling team. You will transform data into insights to support business decisions, improve reporting, and help design efficient digital solutions.

The role offers hands-on experience with IT and analytics tools. The ideal candidate is studying Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Finance, with strong Excel and Power Query skills, and an interest in AI and automation.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about systems and business processes.
Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power Query.
Basic exposure to coding or automations through coursework; no professional experience required.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency (min. B2).

Responsibilities

Analyze data and improve reporting to support business decisions.
Develop efficient solutions and automate repetitive tasks.
Work with Power Query and Excel to transform data into insights.
Collaborate with teams to design smarter digital solutions.
Contribute to data-driven projects with 30 hours per week in Poznań (3 days in office, 2 days home-office).
