Job summary

Beiersdorf AG in Poznań is seeking a motivated student to join the Supply Chain Controlling team. You will transform data into insights to support business decisions, improve reporting, and help design efficient digital solutions.

The role offers hands-on experience with IT and analytics tools. The ideal candidate is studying Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Finance, with strong Excel and Power Query skills, and an interest in AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about systems and business processes.
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power Query.
• Basic exposure to coding or automations through coursework; no professional experience required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and improve reporting to support business decisions.
• Develop efficient solutions and automate repetitive tasks.
• Work with Power Query and Excel to transform data into insights.
• Collaborate with teams to design smarter digital solutions.
• Contribute to data-driven projects with 30 hours per week in Poznań (3 days in office, 2 days home-office).

As part of our Supply Chain Controlling team, you'll help transform data into meaningful insights that support real business decisions. This is a great opportunity to deepen your business knowledge while gaining hands-on experience with modern IT and analytical tools. We're looking for people who enjoy exploring systems, solving problems, and finding smarter ways of doing things. You'll have the opportunity to analyze data, improve reporting and help buid efficient solutions that make information more reliable and decision-making more effective.

Your Tasks

• Student of Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance or related fields
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how systems and business processes work
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power Query
• Genuine interest in AI, digital tools and technology, comfortable going beyond chatting with AI - some exposure to basic coding or building simple automations through coursework, class/personal projects. You don't need professional experience curiosity and willingness to learn matter most
• Passion for finding efficient solutions - uncover patterns, automate repetitive tasks and help design smarter digital solutions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency (min. B2)
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week (3 days in the office in POZNAŃ, 2 days Home-Office)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx, Copilot, other analytical/AI tools
• First experience in data analysis or system/processes efficiency projects
• Interest in automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement
