Job summary

Beiersdorf Poznań is seeking an HR Analytics professional to develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. You will deliver ad-hoc insights for global HR stakeholders and ensure data governance across HR metrics.

You will integrate diverse data sources, automate reporting, and build scalable self-service datasets. Strong Excel and BI tool experience (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau) and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in HR reporting, people analytics, BI, or data management.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and self-service analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI platforms (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau). Familiarity with SuccessFactors, BW4HANA is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in international environments.
• Fluent English.

• Deliver accurate ad-hoc reporting and actionable insights for global HR stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and consistency across HR metrics and reporting.
• Support the People Intelligence Framework by integrating data sources and automating reporting processes.
• Build and maintain self-service datasets, reporting solutions, and scalable data models.
• Contribute to analytics innovation through KPI standardization, advanced analytics, automation, and AI readiness initiatives.
