Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure high-quality components and processes from supplier networks. You will collaborate with Engineering on NPD/transfer projects, qualify new suppliers, and perform site audits to uphold Arjo standards.

You will lead supplier development, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through corrective actions, with travel to suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with engineering background (technical or quality-oriented preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in supplier quality/quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with metal/hardware components and fabrication is required.
• Experience conducting supplier audits.
• Knowledge of nonconformance management and quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, CP, 8D, RCA).
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Fluent English (oral & written).
• Fluent Polish (oral & written).
• Willingness for domestic and international travel.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO13485; process validation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering; participate in NPD/transfer projects for DFM solutions.
• Conduct supplier development to meet Arjo requirements.
• Qualify and onboard new suppliers per Arjo standards.
• Conduct system and process audits at supplier sites.
• Lead technical reviews with suppliers with R&D/Engineering for new product launches.
• Qualify and release components to serial production.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective/preventive actions at suppliers.
• Define requirements for preferred suppliers and conduct risk-based selection.
