Job summary

RTX is seeking an International Supplier Assurance Engineer (SAE) to act as the primary quality interface with Raytheon’s supply base. The role leads supplier assessments, first article inspection verification, source inspection, and continuous improvement across suppliers, based in Warsaw, Poland for a 24-month international assignment.

Responsibilities include developing supplier capabilities, ensuring requirements flow, and coordinating with program teams and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 6+ years.
Experience with Supplier Quality Management and meeting Raytheon/customer requirements.
Familiarity with AS9100/AS9102/ISO standards and defense regulations.
Ability to obtain US security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in developing robust processes.
Ensure flow down of requirements to internal and sub-tier suppliers.
Assess and develop supplier quality capabilities throughout the product life cycle.
Identify and correct systemic performance issues.
Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action.
Conduct collaborative communication with supplier, cross-business teams and customer.
Deploy effective Supplier Quality Management techniques.
Support supplier maintenance activities and audits.
