Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Warsaw, IN to ensure products and processes meet quality and regulatory standards. You will lead cross-functional projects, perform audits and testing, and drive continuous improvement with internal teams and suppliers.

You will gather data, apply DFMEA/QSR knowledge, and guide corrective actions. This onsite, first-shift role emphasizes collaboration, budgeting, and robust quality planning in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a Quality Engineering role, medical device exp. preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with CQE favored.
• Experience leading cross-functional quality projects and supplier quality.
• Strong knowledge of QSR and related regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with GD&T, FMEA, SPC, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Gather data to identify, analyze, and resolve quality problems.
• Plan and lead quality projects with realistic timelines.
• Audit, inspect, and test to verify conformance to standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on quality goals.
• Develop quality plans for equipment and processes.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action as needed.
