Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering required.
• 4–5 years of supplier quality engineering experience in automotive.
• BEV powertrain experience is highly appreciated.
• Willingness to travel ~70% (EU and Asia).
• Experience with APQP/PPAP and supplier qualification.
• Strong English language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support customer supplier sourcing and nomination.
• Lead the supplier APQP/PPAP management.
• Support customer to improve the supplier quality performance.
• Lead to manage the serial supplier after SOP to solve quality issues.
• Coordination of potential supplier audit.
• Lean production improvement reports.
