Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX subsidiary, seeks an International Supplier Assurance Engineer on-site in Poland. You will manage and develop a local subcontractor, drive supplier quality improvements, and coordinate with Raytheon teams across Poland. Travel within the country up to 75% will be required.

The role emphasizes ensuring supplier compliance with AS9100/ISO standards, conducting audits, and maintaining quality across the supply base to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) with 6+–8+ years in a related field.
• Experience with Supplier Quality Management and working with Raytheon/customer requirements.
• Experience with AS9100, AS9102, ISO-9000/9001, AS9145 standards.
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in developing robust processes.
• Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers.
• Assess and develop supplier quality capabilities across the product life cycle.
• Identify and correct systemic performance issues.
• Implement effective root cause corrective action (RCCA).
• Collaborate with supplier, cross-functional teams and customers to drive quality.
