Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced electronics test engineer to develop and implement test systems for PCBA, program, and support ICT/FCT testers, and validate test hardware and software.

You will ensure quality improvements and cost reductions while complying with automotive standards and IATF 16949. English proficiency is required; knowledge of SPEA/TRI and VB.NET/C# is a plus.

Relocation to ALTEN Polska branches is possible; a stable long-term cooperation is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics testing within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ICT/FCT testing and ICT platforms (SPEA or TRI).
• Knowledge of test software programming using VB.NET, C#, or LabVIEW.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test systems for electronics and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly).
• Program, maintain, and support ICT, FCT, and Flying Probe testers.
• Perform validation of test hardware and test software.
• Analyze failures and provide support for serial production.
• Optimize testing processes with a focus on quality, cycle time, and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics testing within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ICT/FCT testing and ICT platforms such as SPEA or TRI.
• Knowledge of test software programming using VB.NET, C#, or LabVIEW.
• Experience working with test and measurement equipment, including:Digital Multimeters (DMM),
• Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ),
• Power Supplies,
• Electronic Loads (E-Load).
• Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, and the IATF 16949 standard.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CAN and LIN communication protocols.
• Experience in the automotive industry and automotive lighting testing.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts related to test systems.
