Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in formation and/or management of different contract types, fee arrangements and contract terms.
• Proficiency in MS Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Subcontract management: implement schedules and procedures.
• Manage progress, forecast issues, and communicate contract risks.
• Coordinate with staff on rights, obligations, performance and changes.
• Prepare and evaluate bids, organize pre-bid/post-award meetings.
• Assist negotiations and develop subcontracts and services agreements.
