Bechtel and Westinghouse Electric Company are partnering to deliver the AP1000 nuclear power reactors in Poland. This role supports subcontract management, preparing status reports, and coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure efficient project execution.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and 2–9 years of experience, with strong communication and knowledge of contract regulations. Bechtel offers a comprehensive total rewards package and career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Acts on own initiative on assigned subcontracts of increasing value and complexity.
• Gathers and compiles support data for documents and subcontract management.
• Assists Subcontract Manager in completing tasks per the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook and procedures.
• Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned.
• Conducts investigations and inquiries into subcontract problems, as assigned.
• Prepares meetings materials and status reports; coordinates with Engineering, Construction and Operations.
