Job summary

Bechtel, Poland-based, leads subcontracting for a major AP1000 nuclear project. You will oversee subcontracting strategy, bid evaluations, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Construction, and Legal to ensure compliant execution across the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in supply chain contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with fluency in Polish and English for international collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Supply Chain operations, including Contracts.
• Knowledge of Poland's Public Procurement Law (Prawo zamówień publicznych), ESG, GDPR and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage subcontracts and monitor operations.
• Develop subcontracting strategy, procedures, staffing plan and contracts section of the Project Execution Plan.
• Review and approve bid details, commitments, and negotiations.
