Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Lubiatowo, Poland, is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead subcontract formation, bid packaging, and contractor management for a major EPC nuclear project.

You will coordinate bids, develop contracts, and manage changes, ensuring compliance with project requirements and Bechtel standards. A bachelor's degree and 8–14 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Contract Formation and Management and subcontracting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bidders’ lists and pre-qualifies bidders.
• Forms bid request packages and issues bid requests to approved bidders.
• Coordinates bidders’ questions and answers.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations.
• Conforms subcontract terms and conditions with the relevant scope of work.
• Collaborates with project stakeholders in bid requests.
• Develops acquisition strategies for complex work streams.
• Directs negotiation in the commitment of subcontracts.
• Develops and issues subcontracts and services agreements.
• Prepares subcontract documents for execution.
• Manages changes and claims; evaluates and provides settlement recommendations.
• Performs contract management activities per company policies.
