Schoenherr Attorneys at Law in Warsaw is offering a hands-on opportunity in the Corporate Communications team for students pursuing a degree in communications. The internship focuses on drafting texts, social media content, and supporting internal and external communications.

You will learn in an international, professional services environment, with flexible hours to fit your study schedule. The role offers a central Warsaw office and a competitive gross salary of PLN 5,500–6,500 on a full-time

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in communications or related field.
• Passion for writing and ability to craft clear, concise texts.
• Strong feel for language, tone and storytelling in a professional context.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support Corporate Communications in creating marketing and communications.
• Draft short-form texts, news items, social media posts and other materials.
• Assist with preparation and editing of internal/external communications.
• Proofread and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support monitoring of communications activities and content databases.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting the Corporate Communications team in the creation of marketing and communication
• Drafting short-form texts, news items, social media posts and other marketing materials
• Assisting with the preparation and editing of internal and external communications
• Proofreading and quality assurance of content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Supporting the team in monitoring communications activities and maintaining content databases
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across practice groups and offices
