Job summary

Schoenherr - Attorneys at Law in Warsaw invites an internship in Corporate Communications. You will contribute to marketing and communications, drafting briefs, news items and social posts while supporting internal and external communications.

You will refine texts for tone and brand consistency and assist with content databases and cross‑office collaboration. We seek a current communications student with a passion for writing, strong English skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in a degree programme in communications or a related field.
• A genuine passion for writing and a talent for crafting clear, engaging and concise texts.
• A strong feel for language, tone and storytelling in a professional context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Corporate Communications team in the creation of marketing and communication.
• Drafting short-form texts, news items, social media posts and other marketing materials.
• Assisting with the preparation and editing of internal and external communications.
• Proofreading and quality assurance of content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Supporting the team in monitoring communications activities and maintaining content databases.
