Job summary

Schoenherr Group in Warsaw is seeking a student intern to support the Corporate Communications team with marketing and communications tasks, drafting short-form texts, news items and social media posts, and helping prepare internal and external communications.

You will collaborate across practice groups, refine content to brand guidelines, and gain hands-on experience in professional services communications within a leading European law firm, with flexible hours and a central office.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a degree programme in communications or a related field.
• A passion for writing and crafting clear, concise texts.
• Strong sense for language, tone and storytelling in a professional context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Communications team in creating marketing and communication outputs.
• Draft short-form texts, news items, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Assist with preparation and editing of internal and external communications.
• Proofread and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support monitoring of communications activities and maintain content databases.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices.
