Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, or related analytics.
• Proven ability to support high-volume operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management metrics and reporting.
• Experience with workforce management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Experience with Avaya or other ACD phone systems preferred.
• Verint WFM experience preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict workload and staffing requirements.
• Create and manage schedules that balance operational needs, service levels, and efficiency goals.
• Monitor workload patterns and real-time activity, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
• Partner with operations leadership to develop staffing strategies and contingency plans.
• Analyze trends, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to improve workforce utilization.
• Proactively monitor employee productivity, availability, and schedule adherence.
• Generate and distribute accurate operational reports and workforce insights.
• Maintain time-off allocations and scheduling availability to support staffing requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure workforce plans align with changing business demands.
