Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning & Data Analytics, to lead the enterprise workforce planning capability from Poland (Remote). You will translate workforce dynamics into actionable insights for senior leaders worldwide and drive data-led decision-making across HR, Finance and segment leadership.

You will own the analytics function, build predictive models and dashboards, and partner with HR Technology to ensure scalable data pipelines from Workday and related systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in workforce planning, people analytics, or HR data roles at manager level.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
Experience partnering with senior leaders across HR, Finance and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead global workforce planning cycle and build supply/demand models.
Develop scenario models for transformations and redeployments.
Own dashboards and predictive models for executives.
Collaborate with HR, IT and Finance to build data pipelines from HRIS.
