Livingston International is seeking a Workforce Scheduling & Forecasting Analyst to ensure optimal staffing levels, forecast workload, and deliver real-time insights that boost productivity. You will partner with operations leaders to align staffing with demand and service goals.

Formación

• Experience in workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, or related analytics.
• Proven ability to support high-volume operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management metrics and reporting.
• Experience with workforce management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Experience with Avaya or other ACD phone systems preferred.
• Verint WFM experience preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Are you passionate about workforce planning, forecasting, and using data to drive operational excellence? We're looking for a Workforce Scheduling & Forecasting Analystto play a critical role in ensuring the right resources are in place to meet business demands while maintaining exceptional service levels.

In this role, you'll partner closely with operations leaders and key stakeholders to forecast workload volumes, optimize staffing plans, build schedules, and provide real-time insights that improve productivity and efficiency. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict workload and staffing requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, or a related analytical role
• Experience supporting a call center, processing center, contact center, or high-volume operations environment
• Strong knowledge of workforce management methodologies, reporting, and performance metrics
• Experience with workforce management platforms and scheduling tools
• Experience with Avaya or other ACD phone systems preferred
• Experience with Verint Workforce Management is preferred
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Salary: 5,569 - 6,962 PLN per month
