Job summary

IFS seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries. You will drive strategy, discovery and delivery, validating opportunities with customers, engineering, and industry experts to deliver measurable value.

Based in the United Kingdom, the role has a global remit across North America, Europe and APJ, with a hybrid work model and international travel when required.

Qualifications

• Product management experience delivering SaaS solutions for workforce or resource management.
• Contributes to strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, or payroll integration.
• Understanding of operationally intensive industries like construction or field service.
• Experience working with global customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and shape roadmaps for designated domains.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into focused investments.
• Lead discovery, prototyping and validation with engineering and design.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes through customer value and business impact.
• Shape AI-enabled workforce experiences and partner with customers on co-innovation.
• Collaborate across product, engineering and go-to-market teams.
