Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. You will oversee management reporting and partner with executives to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset are essential in this role. You will manage cross-functional processes, standardize reporting, and work with tech teams to automate workflows across global time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience in a large, global public company and M&A exp is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP/FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the annual budgeting process with department heads and executives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for senior management.
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts, including scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Lead headcount tracking and management, driving process improvements in reporting.
