Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Talent Intelligence Partner in Lodz, Poland to serve as a strategic advisor blending external talent market intelligence with data-driven insights.

This role partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to forecast talent needs and translate insights into actionable workforce strategies. The successful candidate will lead talent mapping, market research, and executive-ready storytelling to inform sourcing, pipelines, and broader workforce

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Talent Intelligence, Talent Acquisition, or related roles.
• Experience with talent mapping, pipeline development and strategic projects.
• Experience in biopharma or life sciences is preferred (R&D, Medical).
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities for talent markets.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build external talent maps, pipelines, and talent communities for current and future workforce needs.
• Conduct external talent market research on availability, demand, compensation trends, and competition.
• Develop executive-ready presentations turning data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with TA, HR and business stakeholders to inform sourcing and workforce strategies.
• Embed inclusive sourcing practices across intelligence, sourcing, and pipelines.
• Track outcomes and continuously improve strategies using data and feedback.
• Stay current on talent intelligence, AI, analytics, and recruitment tech.
