Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Director, Procurement Insights & Intelligence Lead in Lodz, Poland. You will head a global team, transform data into actionable insights, and shape the analytics strategy for sourcing, supplier risk, and investments.

You will advance AI-enabled capabilities, data governance, and self-service analytics while collaborating with Finance, DD&T, and business stakeholders to drive measurable value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement Insights & Intelligence function, delivering actionable insights, market intelligence, and advanced analytics that support strategic procurement decisions and measurable business outcomes.
• Define and execute the global procurement intelligence strategy across spend analytics, supplier intelligence, forecasting, risk analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Establish and maintain a data-driven procurement organization by strengthening analytical capabilities, data governance and adoption of insights and digital solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, DD&T, Takeda Business Solutions, and the broader business to translate needs into impactful analytics.
• Build and deliver forward-looking insights that influence sourcing strategies, supplier decisions, risk management, and investment priorities.
• Collaborate with Digital Enablement and data teams to define procurement data standards and data quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, and advanced analytics across Source-to-Pay processes and related solutions.
