About the Role

The Talent Intelligence Partner is a strategic advisor who combines external talent market intelligence, advanced sourcing, and data-driven insights to help the organization make informed workforce and hiring decisions.

Reporting to the Talent Intelligence Lead, this role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs, assess external talent markets, identify critical and scarce capabilities, and translate insights into actionable talent strategies.

The Talent Intelligence Partner will support both proactive workforce planning and active hiring priorities. This includes assessing talent availability and market competitiveness, identifying optimal talent pools and locations, developing external talent pipelines, and providing intelligence that informs sourcing, recruitment, and broader workforce decisions.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of talent sourcing expertise, analytical curiosity, market research capability, and stakeholder advisory skills, with the ability to move from data and research to clear recommendations and action.

How you will contribute:

  • Build and maintain external talent maps, pipelines, and talent communities for current and future workforce needs, proactively identifying critical and scarce talent segments and strengthening talent readiness ahead of demand.
  • Conduct external talent market research to assess talent availability, demand, competition, skills, locations, compensation trends, and competitor activity, translating insights into strategic recommendations on talent pools, role profiles, market feasibility, and emerging talent risks and opportunities.
  • Develop compelling, executive-ready presentations that turn complex talent data and market intelligence into clear stories, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to understand workforce priorities and hiring challenges, using talent intelligence to inform sourcing, recruitment, and broader workforce strategies.
  • Embed inclusive sourcing practices and consideration of diverse talent pools across talent intelligence, sourcing, and pipeline strategies.
  • Track sourcing and talent intelligence outcomes and continuously improve strategies, methodologies, tools, and ways of working based on data, stakeholder feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • Stay current on emerging talent intelligence, sourcing, AI, analytics, and recruitment technologies, identifying opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and drive more innovative approaches.

Expected skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Intelligence, Talent Acquisition, strategic sourcing, talent research, or related disciplines, including 4+ years of hands‑off experience in talent sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and strategic talent projects, ideally supporting specialized roles within the biopharma or life sciences industry (e.g., R&D, Medical).
  • Strong talent sourcing and market research capabilities, with the ability to analyze talent markets, identify relevant talent pools, and translate insights into actionable sourcing and talent strategies.
  • Experience working in a complex, global organization, with strong business acumen and the ability to navigate evolving priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities, with experience using sourcing, talent intelligence, ATS/CRM, data and analytics platforms, and emerging AI-enabled technologies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Creative, curious, and highly organized, with the ability to independently structure work, manage multiple priorities, drive projects forward, and embed inclusive practices into talent strategies.
