Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in independently managing recruitment processes.
• Strong practical knowledge of sourcing techniques and direct search approaches.
• Good understanding of the German labor market and current hiring trends.
• Ability to build credibility and strong working relationships with both candidates and business leaders.
• A proactive mindset combined with strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (min. B2).
• Experience working with ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end recruitment projects across the German market.
• Building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and direct search activities.
• Managing candidate selection processes and conducting interviews for roles across IT & Digital, Consulting, Managed Services, Operations, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Business Operations.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Driving the offer stage and supporting the preparation of employment documentation.
• Contributing to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives; keeping up to date with hiring trends, market insights, and competitor activity.
