Job summary

Ricoh Poland is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across the German market. You will build talent pipelines, network with candidates, and partner with hiring managers across IT, Consulting, and Operations to fill critical roles.

In this role you will manage assessments, interviews and offer processes, while contributing to employer branding and market insights.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end recruitment projects across the German market
• Building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and direct search activities
• Managing candidate selection processes and conducting interviews for roles across IT & Digital, Consulting, Managed Services, Operations, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Business Operations
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
• Driving the offer stage and supporting the preparation of employment documentation
• Contributing to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives Keeping up to date with hiring trends, market insights, and competitor activity

You will ideally have

• Hands‑on experience in independently managing recruitment processes
• Strong practical knowledge of sourcing techniques and direct search approaches
• Good understanding of the German labor market and current hiring trends
• Ability to build credibility and strong working relationships with both candidates and business leaders
• A proactive mindset combined with strong organizational skills and accountability
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (min. B2)
• Experience working with ATS platforms is a plus
