Job summary

Ricoh Poland is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across the German market. You will build talent pipelines, network with candidates, and partner with hiring managers across IT, Consulting, and Operations to fill critical roles.

In this role you will manage assessments, interviews and offer processes, while contributing to employer branding and market insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing techniques and direct search knowledge.
• Good understanding of German labor market and hiring trends.
• Ability to build credibility with candidates and leaders.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment projects across the German market.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and direct search.
• Manage candidate selection and interview processes for IT, Digital, Consulting and more.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Drive the offer stage and support employment documentation.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives.
