Job summary

Avantor is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to research, engage, and deliver top candidates across European markets. You will partner with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to build robust pipelines, conduct initial screens, and provide well-qualified shortlists across multiple functions.

You will leverage market insights and various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, and referrals to ensure an excellent candidate experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and engage with candidates across Europe, focusing on the DACH region.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial screenings (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess fit.
• Deliver well-qualified shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent availability and market benchmarks.
