Job summary

Arche Consulting is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing activities for our clients in Poland. You will manage RFQs, evaluate supplier bids, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Finance, Logistics and Operations to drive value while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Fluency in English and German is required, with ERP experience (SAP/Ariba/Coupa/Oracle) and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing or Supply Chain with RFQ/RFP processes.
• Fluent English and German at C1 level.
• University degree.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, including quotation assessment, supplier evaluation and PO management.
• Experience with procurement and ERP solutions (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end spot buying activities from requests to delivery.
• Prepare and manage RFQs and review supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery terms for cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations to clarify needs.
• Ensure purchases comply with internal policies.
• Support sourcing and cost-saving initiatives through benchmarking and market research.
