Job summary

Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre in Kraków, Poland, invites a Source-to-Contract Specialist to lead strategic sourcing activities in support of aerospace and defence procurement. You will manage RFx events, supplier evaluation, bid analysis, and contracting processes while aligning with category strategies and governance standards.

You will collaborate with global Indirect Procurement teams to optimise cost, mitigate risk, and strengthen supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience executing RFx events and supporting negotiation activities.
• Experience in aerospace or defence or complex manufacturing.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance and compliance.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa.
• Customer service and influencing others to deliver results.
• Proven track record of delivering business results and objectives.
• Passion for continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFx events from setup to completion aligned with category strategies.
• Prepare sourcing templates, documentation, and ensure governance standards.
• Coordinate supplier qualification and bid analysis reports.
• Support negotiation activities and document outcomes.
• Draft and manage supplier agreements, ensuring policy compliance.
• Analyze category and spend data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to meet needs.
• Adhere to procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve supplier engagement.
