The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT procurement experience across hardware, software, and infrastructure, with hands-on SAP, S/4HANA, and Ariba expertise. This role emphasizes value-driven sourcing and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT procurement experience across hardware, software & infrastructure.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with a consulting-style approach to solving procurement challenges.
• Experience with IT services, data & AI procurement trends and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic sourcing activities from market analysis to contract award.
• Guide stakeholders on procurement best practices and deliver value-driven sourcing solutions.
• Manage supplier renewals and complex, high-value negotiations.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support decisions.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for favorable commercial outcomes.
• Analyse procurement data to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support contract development, risk evaluation, and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to align procurement with organisational goals.
• Contribute to procurement transformation and process improvements.
