Zusammenfassung

NRF Poland – Gdańsk location seeks an experienced Operational Director to lead the site within NRF’s matrix structure. This senior role connects functions, removes obstacles and fosters a One NRF culture to drive performance and growth.

You will report to Group Leadership, collaborating with Logistics, IT, Finance, HR and other functions to ensure compliance, cost control and strategic site development.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent higher education.
• Senior leadership experience in a complex operational or multi‑functional environment.
• Proven ability to influence effectively in a matrix organization.
• Experience operating a large business location in Poland (infrastructure, regulations).
• Leadership style based on facilitation, credibility, pragmatism and collaboration.
• Strong business and financial awareness, including cost management.
• Digital mindset and data-driven approach to improve operations.
• Very good command of English and Polish in an international group context.

Aufgaben

• Take overall leadership responsibility for the NRF Aftermarket Gdańsk site.
• Build and strengthen a “One NRF” culture across functions represented at the site.
• Act as the senior point of contact for department managers regarding local and cross‑functional matters.
• Facilitate alignment between local managers and Group functional leaders.
• Establish and maintain clear site‑wide policies, standards and ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational effectiveness, digitalization and cost consciousness.
