Page Executive is seeking a Regional Operations Director for Poland to lead strategic operational transformations across multiple countries. You will drive efficiency, lean processes and organizational development while ensuring alignment with global priorities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong supply chain and maintenance expertise, and a track record of building high-performing teams in technically complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in senior operational roles.
• Proven international operational experience across multiple countries.
• Strong background in industrial manufacturing or engineering-intensive environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end operational processes including supply chain and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership within a regional and international business environment, ensuring alignment between local execution and broader objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end operations including production/service delivery, supply chain, procurement, maintenance, planning and support functions.
• Lead organizational restructuring and operational transformation, optimizing structures, processes and ways of working.
• Drive operational excellence through productivity improvements, cost optimization, process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize supply chain processes for efficiency, material availability, delivery performance and supplier management.
• Oversee maintenance and technical operations for equipment reliability and asset utilization.
• Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization processes.
• Build and restructure management teams to strengthen leadership and accountability.
• Establish clear operational KPIs and drive performance in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Take responsibility for budgets, resource allocation, investment planning and profitability.
• Work with regional/global stakeholders to implement priorities and best practices.
• Maintain hands-on leadership and engage with teams to identify challenges and practical solutions.
