Zusammenfassung

Nestlé Poland seeks an experienced leader to shape the future of Strategic Revenue Management. You will build a strong SRM team, influence key commercial decisions and drive profitability through analytics, pricing and trade investment strategies.

You will lead transformation projects, partner with senior leaders and shape the SRM roadmap to deliver sustainable growth. The role combines leadership, strategic influence and hands-on implementation within a dynamic Nestlé Poland environment.

Qualifikationen

Extensive experience in SRM/RGM, Pricing and Commercial Finance.
Strong people leadership and coaching experience.
Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.

Aufgaben

Co-create the SRM vision, roadmap and function development at Nestlé Poland.
Lead, develop and inspire the SRM team and centre of excellence.
Shape recommendations across pricing, commercial mix, promotions and trade investments.
Identify growth and profitability opportunities through analytics and scenario modelling.
Partner with the Head of SRM & CDT Corporate and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance.
Build SRM capabilities and introduce best practices, processes and tools.
Initiate and lead transformation projects with cross-functional engagement.
