Job summary

HAVI Global Business Services in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Market S&OP analyst to drive 24‑month forecasts for BMI and AI across markets. You will collaborate with HAVI Forecast teams, explain model outputs, and support scenario planning while ensuring forecast accuracy and data quality.

The role requires 3+ years in S&OP, demand planning, or related areas, with strong analytics, communication, and BI tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred for deeper analytical work.
• Familiarity with planning and BI tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation and improvement of 24-month S&OP forecast for BMI and AI across markets.
• Participate in meetings with HAVI Market Forecast teams to align on forecast assumptions.
• Explain model outputs and support scenario and risk discussions.
• Collect feedback and translate requirements to developers and senior planners.
• QC forecast quality and own accuracy results for markets.
