Job summary

HAVI Logistics Business Services GmbH is seeking a Market Forecast Specialist in Kraków to support 24‑month S&OP planning and AI-driven forecasts across markets. You will work with the Market Forecast teams to align assumptions and present insights to stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in S&OP/demand planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau. Remote work is possible per company regulations, with a focus on collaboration in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in S&OP, Demand Planning, or related roles; hospitality/restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and consultancy skills with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to interpret outputs and translate to end users.
• Understanding of S&OP processes and best practices is a plus.
• Proficiency with planning/BI software (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation and improve 24-month S&OP forecast for BMI and AI in selected markets.
• Align with HAVI Market Forecast teams on future forecast assumptions.
• Explain model outputs and participate in scenario/risk discussions.
• Collect user feedback and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Quality control of forecast and own Forecast Accuracy results for markets.
• Check for suspicious forecast results and changes from prior periods.
• Integrate explanatory data for forecasts (marketing activities, digital campaigns).
• Collaborate cross-functionally on service improvement projects.
• Identify data anomalies and rectify in third-party apps.
