Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a hybrid role. You will oversee supplier management for direct materials, manage cost and demand analysis, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives to improve value and supply continuity.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Quality while reporting to the Purchasing Manager. Hybrid schedule applies in Katowice, Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain/procurement.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier on-time delivery metrics and engage corrective actions for critical commodities.
• Be first Rockwell contact to establish supplier awareness of Rockwell requirements.
• Establish relationships with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Quality; improve purchasing activities.
